In partnership with Headspace, Sesame Street has launched “Monster Meditation,” a series of animated shorts that help children develop essential life skills such as mindfulness, compassion, and kindness. In the sixth episode, Elmo and Mr. Andy play 123 Freeze, a fun game that helps kids learn coping skills for disappointment.
