What Do I Do When I’m Drifting?

NF’s song “Drifting” is the perfect example of the struggle of having anxiety/depression simultaneously combined with trauma, neglect, and abuse.

Listen Below:

Today, I will share how I remove my past triggers and toxic thoughts by renewing my mind DAILY. I identify the lie with God’s help, renounce the lie, and replace the lie with the truth in God’s Word. This isn’t a one-time thing, but it is something that I continually do when the thoughts and triggers come to the surface.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Romans 12:2
