As a woman, I understand the struggle of finding something to fill the “God-sized” hole in our hearts. It wasn’t until I turned to Father God’s unwavering love that I found the strength to face my fears and overcome my battles. In moments when no one else could comfort or carry me, He was there to hold my hand and fight for me.
Recently, I came across the song “She’s Somebody’s Daughter” by Drew Baldridge and Lathan Warlick, and it reminded me of the vision the Lord gave me a few years ago – placing a ruby in the palm of my hand. This vision showed me that no matter what, God has engraved me on the palms of His hands, and my walls are ever before Him for protection.
The Bible verses that remind us of God’s love and protection include Isaiah 49:16, which says, “See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.” This verse shows that God is committed to us and won’t forget us, providing us with walls of protection from enemies of God and ourselves.
Psalm 139:17-18 says, “How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! I canβt even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up, you are still with me!” This verse reminds us that God never stops thinking of us and wants to do us good.
Proverbs 3:15 says, “She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her.” This verse shows us that we are precious to God, and nothing in this world can compare to His love for us.
Psalm 23:6 says, “Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” This verse reminds us that God’s goodness and love will always be with us, and we can find true peace and joy in Him.
But most importantly, we must always look to Jesus as the ultimate source of our strength and comfort. Through Him, we can overcome any obstacle and find true peace and joy. So, I encourage you to listen to these two songs and remember that you are loved by someone who loved you first – Jesus.
It’s a great song, thanks for sharing
