I know when I finally grasped that my worth didn’t come from what others thought of me, how well I performed, or from my mental health, past mistakes, or trauma … it was freeing and changed everything. We don’t have to obtain our worth but can live from it! We are daughters of the King, uniquely and beautifully created. When we start looking in the right mirror to understand who we are and where our identity is found, we no longer see our lives and our worth through a broken lens but through the eyes of Jesus.
