THE SEND: ENCOUNTER JESUS. FIND YOUR PURPOSE | KANSAS CITY 2022

A few weekends ago, we attended “The Send” in Kansas City with the girl’s youth pastor and a few others. We weren’t there for the whole day, as the kids struggled in the blazing sun with the 90-degree Kansas weather, but overall they enjoyed the experience, and I’m sure it planted memories and seeds that will grow. I feel the girls understood the mission, and are ready for action!

The girls and I reflected on the most impactful thing we heard during the day. The girls enjoyed the part about women making a difference for the Kingdom (4.53), as we talked about that before we came to the event. Part 1.51-3.10 impacted me the most, and it happened right when we sat down on arrival. It immediately made me cry because the Lord had given me a similar message this Fall with visions that have been stacking up on each other. I’m not sure why the Lord has been re-emphasizing these messages for me, and I feel like He is telling me, “yes, you heard me right! Share them!” For most of the day at “The Send,” I was busy with the girls, but the message that spoke to me the most was when I could hear it the easiest.

I will put the visions down below for you but listen to “The Send” Part 1.51-3.10.

To summarize my visions, He wants us by faith, to have an eternal perspective and view life through the lens of Jesus, our light of life, love, and the hope of the World. He wants to remind us we are His beloved, and He wants to be ours. We are pearls of great price, and He wants us to remember His faithfulness and goodness. He wants us to have dove eyes for Him, and not be distracted or anxious by the things around us. He wants us to study His character, and learn and know who He is. He wants us to humbly seek His face and abide in the calm delight of the Lord, spend time in His presence in the Holy of Holies and rest in the shelter of His wings. As we do – spirit and life will begin to fill, heal, and restore us! In His presence, we behold Him in His beauty. His face shines upon us, and we see Him as He really is— a Father so in love with His precious children. He desires to do miraculous healing work inside us. He wants us to replace our breastplate of judgment with His breastplate of righteousness, to walk daily in communion with Him, in forgiveness and mercy. Right now we are going through a time of chaos and judgment, but also of revelation and a transitioning into something new. I believe He’s taking people into a deeper revelation about who He is and calling us to love the world with empathy during this time. He’s wanting us to intercede for the broken-hearted, traumatized, and wayward sons and daughters. He wants us to be gentle with them, as He heals and opens their hearts. We can have peace during this time because of Jesus, and there is hope because of his plan for our lives. Even though there is chaos and madness, He is writing a symphony through it all. Trust in the creator of the Universe, for He holds the whole world in His hands, and sees the Big picture. We do not need to fear.

Place me like a seal over your heart,
    like a seal on your arm;
for love is as strong as death,
its jealousy unyielding as the grave.
It burns like blazing fire,
    like a mighty flame.

Song of Songs 8:6

The part of the sermon where the pastor had us pray, “Father forgive them, for they know what they do,” also had me tear up. It reminded me of a time in my life when the Lord started talking to my heart in a different way when my kids were just babies. I was in an abusive relationship with someone addicted to drugs. He had thrown me to the ground, kicked my stomach hard, and spit on me. I was watching “The Passion” after the incident, and it got to the point where they were mocking Jesus and spitting on him, and I remember crying and thinking, “Lord, you are far better than me because I don’t think I could do that. I truly am a sinner; I don’t think I have that. Would you help me? I need your forgiveness for this person in my heart.” It wasn’t but a few months later that He gave me the strength to leave the relationship. Whenever I hear “Father forgive them for they know not what they do,” it always makes me cry because that phrase is tied to many hurts that the Lord has healed me from and continues to heal me. The Lord told me the healing would come in layers, like peeling an onion. I’m just trusting the process.

Visions That I’ve Had During Prayer Time

My visions started for me when I asked the Lord, “if what remains, in the end, is faith, hope, and love … then I don’t care about anything else. Every other gift is worthless if I don’t have these things, and I want you to give me YOUR faith, hope, and love because mine is worthless.

Vision 1

Jesus presented me with a gift in the spirit. I opened it, revealing a bracelet with the inscription “beloved” on it.

My Thoughts: We need a process, a method that allows the knowledge that “I am loved by God” to move from our heads to our hearts. You are not what you do or what was done to you, but a lover of God.

“I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine,

He who pastures his flock among the lilies.”

Song of Solomon 6:3

Encounter 2

I noticed during reflection that I scribbled down the words “dove’s eyes” during my time with the Lord. The Song of Solomon in the Bible talks about our eyes being like doves. It’s about how the doves can see only what’s right in front of them. They don’t get distracted because of their lack of peripheral vision.

Vision 3

I was recently thinking about a sermon that I had heard in which the pastor mentioned that you couldn’t plant a pumpkin seed and expect to grow broccoli. I asked God, what type of seed am I in Christ? How am I used for the Kingdom of God? He had recently revealed that I like to pull up my roots and inspect them for growth. Seeds grow in stages, and during the growth process, He doesn’t want us to be arrogant but humbly surrender ourselves to the process of growth (forgiveness, healing, renewing our minds, breaking strongholds, etc.). We may plant and water seeds, but in every case, we will not be the one that makes the seeds grow. GOD MAKES THE SEEDS GROW!

The Holy Spirit had me close my eyes, and I felt like a tiny seed – scared but quietly sitting in the dark dirt seeking the Lord’s presence. I felt myself growing strong and courageous as I abided in the calm delight of the Lord Jesus (as I waited, rested, in the everlasting love of the Lord). “My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies.” Song of Solomon 2:16. (Do not be anxious) I then grew with deep roots, and I sprouted out of the earth. I could feel the warm sun on my face as I continued to grow towards the sun. I could feel myself getting bigger and bigger and stronger, continually seeking and extending towards the sun. God told me to open up my spiritual eyes and look around to see what I was… I was a sunflower!

God revealed to me that HE WANTS US ALL TO BE LIKE THE SUNFLOWER; when we rise, we should gaze into His son’s face daily, and humbly FOLLOW HIM with a childlike dependency on HIM. This is how young sunflowers gain energy to grow big and strong. As we mature and grow, Jesus is constantly working on and healing the conditions of our hearts and renewing our minds by the power of the Holy Spirit. He wants the message of the gospel to be new to us every day! Our focus and hope should be in Him as we abide in the calm delight of the Lord our Savior. “When you wake, seek His face.” (Psalm 17:15)

Vision 4

When I was praying in the secret place, He had me open my hands outstretched (like a child). In each of them, He placed in the palms of my hand a ruby. I asked Him what the gifts meant, and He replied, ““I love those who love me, And those who diligently seek me will find me. Proverbs 8:17”

The Holy Spirit lead me to this bible verse.

“But Zion said, “The Lord has forsaken me, the Lord has forgotten me.” “Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! BEHOLD, I have engraved (graven – permanently cut) you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me.

ISAIAH 49-14-16

When God uses the word BEHOLD – pay attention (Look at Him and See). This word is like a precious crystal (promises from Him) that we can depend on it!

He will never forget us, He will never leave us or forsake us (Hebrews 13:5-6)! He is faithful and has set His heart on us, and we won’t leave His mind (Psalm 50:21). We are on his mind’s eye constantly, we are protected and He wants to do us good. He loves us, and won’t forget us.

Then He said to Thomas, “Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing.”

JOHN 20:27

God the son engraved His hands for us. We can love others like him because HE FIRST LOVED US. God’s everlasting covenant scars bear our names – we are His beloved. My beloved is mine, and I am his. (Songs of Solomon 2:16). Like an apple tree among the trees of the woods, So is my beloved among the sons. I sat down in his shade with great delight, And his fruit was sweet to my taste. (Songs of Solomon 2:3)

The ruby gemstone occurs four times in the Biblical text, and in each time, it has been associated with the attributes of wisdom and beauty. … The name Ruby is also mentioned in ancient Sanskrit scripture where it is referred to as “ratnaraj”, meaning the “king of precious stones”.

Even in our sin, you chose us. For no one can write upon the hand of God, but God himself.

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

1 JOHN 3:1`1

If my name be in the Lambs Book of life (His Hands), how ought I to adore the sovereignty of the grace which placed it there!

When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained; What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

PSALM 8:3-6

His eternal love delights me.

Take a look at this verse again “I have graven thee on the palm of my hand”. He has graven your person, your image, your case, your circumstances, your sins, your temptations, your weaknesses, your ways, your works, everything! The omniscient God knows you better than you know yourself!

We are protected with the palm of His hand, and the marks of indelible grace. He wrote on his own hand to show His tenderness, mercy, and grace.

He wants YOU to come to Him with all of your heart, so you can know the sweetness of His blessed words (Jesus).

whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

JOHN 3:16

He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands

Vision 5

During my worship and quiet time with the Lord, He took me on a walk along the beach. In the distance, I could see a lighthouse, and we stopped along a pathway of rocks. Jesus handed me a gift – it was a shell, and inside it was a pearl. He asked me to study and seek gems of truth from the Bible about pearls. Jesus then took the pearls and fashioned a pair of earrings for me, and I put them on. He called me his precious and kissed my forehead. He then started to sing a song called the “Goodness of God” to me.

And some fell into good soil and grew and yielded a hundredfold.” As he said these things, he called out, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”

Luke 8:8

YOU ARE A PRECIOUS PEARL OF GREAT PRICE

Vision 6

Jesus had me place my hand in His during prayer, and we walked up a stairway. At the top of the staircase, I could hear prayers coming up to Heaven. There were many of sadness and despair. Jesus pointed up towards the stars in the sky – more numerous than you could count. He singled out one star and said, “that one is you.” I reached my hand out towards the star as if to touch it. The star was then placed upon my finger. It was a tiny plain star, like a child’s drawing of a star. It was then placed into the palm of my hand, and it grew bigger and brighter … like a bright glowing ball of light. Jesus had me blow the star away from the palm of my hand… and it was scattered across the sky and multiplied.

The harvest is plentiful (x3), but the laborers are few; therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”

MATTHEW 9:35-38

Figs and pomegranates were also on my mind later this week after this vision.

Come sit under the shade of the fig tree

Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward him and said of him, “Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom there is no deceit!” Nathanael said to him, “How do you know me?” Jesus answered him, “Before Philip called you, when you were under the fig tree, I saw you.” Nathanael answered him, “Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!” Jesus answered him, “Because I said to you, ‘I saw you under the fig tree,’ do you believe? You will see greater things than these.” And he said to him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, you will see heaven opened, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.”

JOHN 1:47-51

Without actually spelling it out, Jesus was telling his Jewish friend, “I am the living embodiment of Jacob’s ladder. I am the connecting point between heaven and earth.  I am the bridge between God and man.

Vision 7

During prayer, I was taken to the throne room. There was a cherubim with the face of a lion. I was able to touch his mane, and it shocked me with sparks of overwhelming power. I asked the Lord what that was, and He said it was the mane of God’s Glory. The cherubim represent the likeness of the glory of God (mighty, strength, swiftness, and knowledge). So the lion is the coming of Jesus reign on earth in eternal glory. Jesus (restoration and redemption. The Glory is “what was, is, and is to come)

His promises are like the cherubim. They have a face for every quarter of the earth, like the wheels they are full of eyes for every trial of His chosen. they have supranational mobility, the throne bearers of God. They call all creatures to worship their creator. The cherubim remind us of the glory and majesty of Him on the throne. They help remind us of the mercy – compassion, and kindness – that God extends to His people. Jesus desires mercy, not sacrifice. He came to call the sinner, not the righteous. He chose to love rather than condemn. We should always remember that our salvation is by grace that “while we were still sinners, Christ died for us”. (Romans 5:8). We should offer that same mercy and grace to others.

Vision 8

This vision starts in a field of horses, and Jesus asked me to get onto a horse because He wanted to show me something. Jesus was riding the horse very fast, and I could barely keep up. I was clinging onto the horse tightly. I remember being frustrated because I couldn’t see myself riding the horse, and I couldn’t see what was around me. I just knew that we were traveling very fast. We arrived at a spring of water – and it was very calming, relaxing, and clear; it was gently moving. I could see round stones of many colors through the water. The horses stopped and were drinking and refreshing themselves.

The Lord then offered me a gift. It was a precious white stone but was also a hair comb that He placed in my hair. It was translucent like dark glass. I also got the impression that it was likened to a shell and symbolized a covering/veil/crown. I also felt like they were doves. There was a word inscribed on it that started with a C, but I couldn’t quite make out what it said.

He said to me that we were in the future. I couldn’t see clearly, but He asked me what I felt. It felt like it was a war, and I felt a heaviness, and sadness with many tears. He told me there was also a war going on in Heaven too.

He then took me to a place where He enjoys singing over His people; it was on top of a mountain. There was a crowd of people on top of the hill (more than you could count) praising the Lord, and there was so much joy. I recognized a few people from my family there, and they greeted me. There were also children giggling and playing around us – as if they were playing a game of tag.

Jesus then put seven sparkly stars in my eyes.

He handed me a flute. He said that people were there to worship Him, and He sang to them at this place.

I then reached out my hand and was counting (in the air towards the left corner) what seemed to be pillars or columns (curtain on fire), but I’m not sure because everything became blurred again. 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 … 11. The Lord told me that I counted eleven brides and it was then that I sensed that I was at the wedding supper of the Lamb and I was in a tabernacle of sorts.

My thoughts on this vision: Jesus wants us by faith to have an eternal perspective and view life through His lens, for He is the light of life, love, and the hope of the world.

The number eleven is significant because it can symbolize two different things. First, eleven is a number of disorder, chaos, and judgment. It’s also the number of revelations that will help us transition into something new. The Lord has been telling me over and over that He is doing something “new,” and I believe He’s taking people into a deeper revelation about who He is and our calling to love the world during this time.

Now we see through a glass darkly, or a poor reflection through a mirror. Then we will see face to face.

Love never ends. There are gifts of prophecy, but they will be ended. There are gifts of speaking in different languages, but those gifts will end. There is the gift of knowledge, but it will be ended.  These things will end because this knowledge and these prophecies we have are not complete.  But when perfection comes, the things that are not complete will end.  When I was a child, I talked like a child; I thought like a child; I made plans like a child. When I became a man, I stopped those childish ways.  It is the same with us. Now we see as if we are looking into a dark mirror. But at that time, in the future, we shall see clearly. Now I know only a part. But at that time, I will know fully, as God has known me.  So these three things continue forever: faith, hope, and love. And the greatest of these is love. – 1 CORINTHIANS 13

View the World Through the Right Lens

“I am the light of the world. The person who follows me will never live in darkness. He will have the light that gives life.”

JOHN 8:12

This world can often seem dark and bleak. It doesn’t seem like things will get better, and we are all waiting for the final countdown. Because of my vision, I sensed like the Rapture of the Church would be very soon. I asked him how soon, and his answer was “right at the threshold“.

This means that, contrary to man’s perspective, the Lord is not late with his promise to return, as some measure lateness. But rather, his “delay” simply reveals his loving patience toward you, because he does not want any to perish but all to come to repentance

2 PETER 3:9
Parable of the Children in the Marketplace: Will you love and trust God even when he doesn’t fit into the mold you’ve created for Him? Will you follow Him anyway?

But I come swiftlyso cling tightly to what you have (to Jesus), so that no one may seize your crown of victory. For the one who is victorious, I will make you to be a pillar (pillar of fire) in the sanctuary of my God, permanently secure.  I will write on you the name of my God and the name of the city of my God—the New Jerusalem, descending from my God out of heaven. And I’ll write my own name on you

REVELATION 3:11-12

“Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends.

Revelation 3:20

I will place upon his shoulders the key to the treasures of David’s palace. He will open doors that no one can shut, and he will shut doors that no one can open

ISAIAH 22:22

But I come swiftlyso cling tightly to what you have (to Jesus), so that no one may seize your crown of victory. For the one who is victorious, I will make you to be a pillar (pillar of fire) in the sanctuary of my God, permanently secure.  I will write on you the name of my God and the name of the city of my God—the New Jerusalem, descending from my God out of heaven. And I’ll write my own name on you.

REVELATION 3:11-12

Your seal is on my heart. I’m washed by the blood and can enter the holy of holies.

I will place upon his shoulders the key to the treasures of David’s palace. He will open doors that no one can shut, and he will shut doors that no one can open

ISAIAH 22:22

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, with a new name written onthe stone that no one knows except the one who receives it.’

Revelation 2:17

In the vision, there was a white stone comb for my hair that was a pair of doves with the word “yonah”, which means dove.

Mercy has defeated our shame and failures, this is who we are, a lover of God. This is our destiny. We are His beloved, and He is ours.

Place me like a seal over your heart,
like a seal on your arm;
for love is as strong as death,
its jealousy unyielding as the grave.
It burns like blazing fire,
like a mighty flame.

SONG OF SONGS 8:6

Vision 9

I was taken to the throne room of Heaven in a vision. It was bright and glorious, powerful, immense, and reached into the Heavens. As I looked in awe around the throne room, I was excitedly met by my family who wanted to introduce me to the waves coming from the throne room. They flow and move with ease, like the wind, swirling and moving around Heaven. I got a sense that these waves were of LOVE – COMPASSION that came from the heart of the Father. When you looked closely at the water, tiny speckles of diamonds radiated glory and light. There were also fish in the water that would swim and talk to you. I saw that people in Heaven like to ride the waves in Heaven. The Lord told me that the waves were coming to earth, and we are to ride these waves. He designs waves for each of us. “Go with the Holy Spirit Flow”.

Now God has us where he wants us, with all the time in this world and the next to shower grace and kindness upon us in Christ Jesus. Saving is all his idea, and all his work. All we do is trust him enough to let him do it. It’s God’s gift from start to finish! We don’t play the major role. If we did, we’d probably go around bragging that we’d done the whole thing! No, we neither make nor save ourselves. God does both the making and saving. He creates each of us by Christ Jesus to join him in the work he does, the good work he has gotten ready for us to do, work we had better be doing.

EPHESIANS 2:10

Vision 10

I awoke from a dream and had a vision of a large sheet, canopy, gown falling from Heaven. It was white but translucent, spotless without wrinkle, and contained tiny diamonds that glistened.

Then Yahweh will create over all of Mount Zion and over every gathering a cloud of smoke by day and a glow of flaming fire by night.  And all this manifestation of dazzling glory will spread over them like a wedding canopy.  It will be a tabernacle as a shade from the scorching heat of the day and a safe shelter to protect them from the storm and rain.

ISAIAH 4:5-6

As you move forward this year, know that you too have a “Stack of Stones” that creates an opportunity for you to be all that you were born to be. God is your foundation, your cornerstone .. and because of this, you can be strong and courageous this year! This courage allows us to have the faith to move mountains and bring dead bones to life

Vision 11

A Warrior is Built from a Winepress

The winepress is all about the crushing. I recently had a vision I was flying under the wings of an eagle soaring in the sky, darkness from below grabbing and pulling at me, trying to take me down. I was fearful, but the eagle continued to fly above it all gracefully with me under his wings. I was wearing a bridal gown with combat boots on. I believe that the Lord was telling me that when we fly gracefully under his wings He will crush the snakes underfoot – while we are riding the waves where He leads.

The Lord showed me that if you take the word FIGHT and drop in an L (LORD) it changes the word to FLIGHT.

Vision 12

This Fall I woke up from a dream of Fall leaves raining down. As I awoke, the Lord asked me, “What happens soon after a tree sheds all of its leaves.” I responded, “New growth appears, and new leaves.” He told me, “This is what I’m about to do on earth. New growth (The Budding of Aaron’s Staff – From Wasteland to Winter Wonderland), and new wineskins (Story of Gideon).”

Thanks to the Holy Spirit, I then put these two revelations together and realized that the leaves were from Revelation 22.

And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. There shall be no night there: They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.

REVELATION 22:1-7

We have peace because of Jesus. There is hope because of His plan for our lives. Even through the chaos and madness, He is writing a symphony through it all.
