As human beings, we often find ourselves searching for fulfillment and peace in various things that the world has to offer. However, we tend to forget that the ultimate source of love and healing lies in the presence of our Heavenly Father. Spending time with God can bring about a profound change in our lives, and it is the key to unlocking the healing power of His presence.
In Philippians 4:8, we are reminded to fill our minds with things that are true, honorable, just, pure, pleasing, commendable, excellent, and worthy of praise. When we spend time in the presence of the Lord, we are given a different perspective, one that is grounded in grace and filled with love. Romans 12:19 tells us to never avenge ourselves but to leave justice to God. When the Holy Spirit reigns in our lives, we experience peace, joy, love, grace, and mercy. Spending time with God in His presence requires us to put down our phones and dial-up Heaven. As His children, we should want to spend time on what matters to Him and seek His kingdom above all else.
God our Father wants us to draw near to Him and spend time basking in His presence, not just when we need something. In that secret place, healing water will flow, and deep wounds will be healed. Psalm 16:11 reminds us that in His presence is fullness of joy. He is mindful of us, and He desires to do miraculous healing work inside us.
Perhaps you are carrying deep wounds or are desperate for deliverance. You need bondages to break and chains to be shattered by the power of the Spirit. Or maybe you have soul ties that only God can break once and for all. His healing presence is the place of release and freedom, where you fall at His feet, and He comes to stand beside you.
Jesus said, “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh provides no benefit; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit, and are life.” (John 6:63) The living water that Jesus provides through grace is the source of our faith. When we worship in spirit and truth, we invite the Holy Spirit to pour out His presence upon us.
As we spend time with God, we behold Him in His beauty, and His face shines upon us. We see Him as He really is – a Father who loves us and desires to do miraculous healing work inside us. Spending time with Him creates in us a pure heart and renews a steadfast spirit within us. It brings us to a place of restoration and renewal, where we can be sustained by His willing spirit.
In conclusion, spending time with God is the key to unlocking the healing power of His presence. It allows us to let go of the things that distract us from Him and focus on the things that matter most. As we draw near to Him, we experience the fullness of joy and the miraculous healing work that only He can provide. So let us come to the Father, worship in spirit and truth, and bask in the radiance of His presence.
