What I think it Means

Set your focus on Jesus – our firm foundation. Stop listening to the news, and even conspiracy theories tossing you to and fro. Fix your eyes on him, and get out of your emotions. Cast your cares on Him, have faith, and read the Word right now.

Jesus will be your firm foundation and your unshakable ground. May God bless you as you stand on the rock that is higher!
