Gotee Records welcomes a new artist, Terrian, to their family of artists. A familiar face to concertgoers, Terrian joined TobyMac’s Diverse City band in 2017 – being seen on the last three Hits Deep tours.
“She’s a soulful worshipper with a smile that lights up the room and a voice that is huge,” shares TobyMac about Terrian. “I am proud and honored to work with her on her art and watch her move forward in her career as an artist.”
Terrian was born and raised in Memphis, TN where she has rooted herself in community and mentorship being part of AngelStreet Memphis. AngelStreet mentors girls through musical training in areas with limited artistic opportunities while empowering the girls to understand their value, discovering their purpose and becoming creative leaders. In addition to her own releases this past year (“God With Us”, “In the Arms”, “Let Love Lead” and “You Still Do”), Terrian is featured on songs from TobyMac, Aaron Cole and the praised The Beatitudes Project from Stu G.

Let My Dreams fly would be a song of encouragement to black kids. Dreaming can be difficult when your environment is poverty and little opportunity. I want them to know that they are gifted and what’s inside of them could impact their communities as well as the world. There is no denying God has given such beautiful and creative abilities to black people. When we hear this song, hopefully it encourages them in the face of opposition and daunting statistics to let their dreams fly. Dream big kids, dream big. Run towards the Lord’s will for your life. Thank you @stugio for reaching out to do this song. Since we wrote it, it’s meant so much to me.
