How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

Now that I’m doing Keto, one thing that I really miss is spaghetti. Spaghetti squash is really great with a low carb, low sugar meatsauce.

Here is how you go about baking it.

First cut it in half. Scoop out the seeds. And sprinkle with salt and olive oil.

Place upside down on a cookie sheet and parchment paper. Pierce the skin with a few fork marks. Bake in a 400F oven for 40 minutes.
