When it is cold outside, there is nothing better than enjoying a nice hot cup of tea.  My favorite store to buy from is Adagio Teas .  They have such a variety to choose from, and I’m always looking forward to trying their new flavors.  So when they asked me to try their 24 Days of Tea Advent Calendar, I was was thrilled!  The box is filled with 24 different individually wrapped teabags of their most popular varieTEAS.  What better way to get excited for Christmas, than to countdown and enjoy a new flavor of hot tea every day!  Just look at all the favors this box has to offer down below…

Here is what’s in the box

The history of the Advent Calendar

The history of the Advent Calendar dates to the mid-19th century, when German Protestants made chalk marks on doors or lit candles to count the days leading up to Christmas.  In the U.S. however, Dwight D. Eisenhower is often credited for popularizing the Advent calendar tradition.  During his presidency, Ike was photographed opening an Advent calendar with his grandchildren and the photo ran in several national newspapers.

I encourage you to check out Adagio Teas website — and take a look at what they have to offer!
