Surprise mom with a super easy Mother’s Day breakfast.

This is really easy to make – and the kids love them.


First heat the oven to 400F

Spay a muffin tin  – or use butter.

Sprinkle in some hashbrowns, cheese, and real bacon bits.  Leave space at the top.

Bake for 15 minutes


Remove from the oven and add an egg on top.  Sprinkle a little bit of cheese on top.

Put back in the oven for 10-13 minutes – or until the eggs set.  Less for runny egg, more for hard egg.
