My review: these are very soft. The peanut butter one tasted like a cookie. The cherry one had big chunks of fruit and nuts, and had a hint of cinnamon. The kids loved them.

My review: this was very creamy and wonderful.
MANITOBA HARVEST – Hemp Hearts are soft seeds that have a slightly nutty taste, similar to sunflower seeds, or pine nuts. At 10 grams of protein per 30 gram serving, they contain twice the amount of protein compared to flax or chia, and they’re lower in carbohydrates. [Buy on Amazon]
My review – these taste like sunflower seeds. The girls loved these.
